General

• Operates with 3 Phase 400V-50/60 Hz mains voltage and generators, tolerates voltage fluctuations up to 15%.
• Due to inverter technology, energy efficiency is higher than the conventional machines.
• Excellent welding characteristics with all types of solid and flux cored wires with CO2 or Mix gases.
• 4 Wheel Drive system, offers very powerful feedability for longer torches and offers less deformation on soft wires such as aluminum and flux cored wires.
• Welding voltage, wire feed speed (welding current) is adjusted from the panel in front of the wire feeder.
• Optimum welding parameters can be obtained from the printed table inside of the wire feed cabinet.
• Manual wire feeding & gas valve buttons, Trigger Mode (2/4), Spot mode are available on the wire feeder.
• Soft Start, Pre-gas, Post-gas, Crater Filling, Burn-Back, Flow Sensor settings are adjusted from the digital panel of the wire feeding system.
• ø300 mm, ø270 mm and ø200 mm spools and drums of any size can be used.
• 24V AC outlet for CO2 gas heater.
• Built in gas cylinder platform with large wheels to ease mobility in workshops.
• The Separate wire feeder standard harness length is 5 m and can be extended up to 30 m upon request (M-MW models).
• Protected against voltage fluctuations.
• Designed also for outdoor use, protection class is IP 23.
• Water cooling unit for water cooled torches provides powerful cooling even at very hot climates. (Water-cooled (W) models)
